Spring Salad

This spring salad makes a refreshing and delicious lunch. You can also add grilled chicken or salmon on top for a healthy protein option. Check out our recipe for Maple Glazed Chicken here.

Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Walnuts, pecans, or almonds, roughly chopped
  • Goat cheese or blue cheese crumbles
  • Spring greens salad mix

Directions

  1. Toss about 1/3 cup of our maple vinaigrette (recipe can be found here) with the salad greens.
  2. Add strawberry slices, nuts, and cheese over the top and enjoy!
