Homemade No Churn Maple Pecan Ice Cream

Homemade No Churn Maple Pecan Ice Cream

Alee Parker

This homemade ice cream is only 4 ingredients and takes about 4 minutes to make. Don't believe me? Try it.

I made this around 3 PM, popped it in the freezer overnight, and it was ready to go the next day. Such an amazing treat to close out summer with if it's still warm where you are!

I'm also obsessed with how these photos turned out...

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup of Real Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Directions

1. Beat the whipping cream for around 5 minutes or until it starts to form soft peaks. Slow the speed of the mixer and add in the can of condensed milk. Beat until the mixture is completely combined.

2. Stir in the maple syrup and pecans.

3. Pour the mix into a freezer safe container and pop into the freezer for at least 8 hours.

4. Enjoy your homemade, no churn maple pecan ice cream! :)
